Who makes the watches?
The watches are manufactured by Poedagar. VESFAHUB is an independent retailer and does not claim an official manufacturer relationship without evidence. Each watch retains its original brand.
What is the price and currency?
Each watch and its variants has a base price of US$99. If a local currency is offered, it is a conversion of that USD price. Your bank may apply separate conversion charges.
Where do orders ship from?
Our planned fulfillment is directly from suppliers in China. Processing happens before dispatch and is separate from transit.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated processing takes 2–4 business days before dispatch. Standard shipping is FREE, with estimated transit of 8–20 business days after dispatch. Express shipping costs US$15.00 per order, with estimated transit of 6–11 business days after dispatch. The same fees apply to all countries and regions enabled at checkout. Standard shipping has no minimum purchase value. Processing is additional to transit, and estimates are not guaranteed dates. Review our shipping policy and the options shown at checkout.
Can I return a watch?
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Use our sac@vesfahub.com or our contact form for instructions and the correct return address. Do not post a return to a dispatch or business address without confirmation. The returns policy preserves your mandatory cancellation rights and remedies for faulty goods.
Are import charges included?
Check the taxes and duties disclosure before payment. Charges collected at checkout are shown there; if import charges are not collected, the destination authorities or carrier may require additional payment. We do not promise that every import charge is prepaid.
Can I swim with a watch?
Use only the verified water-resistance rating and care instructions for the exact model. A generic brand claim or the appearance of a watch does not establish suitability for swimming, bathing or diving.
How do I choose a model?
Compare the movement, dimensions, bracelet or strap, materials and functions listed for the exact configuration. Ask us through the contact form if you need clarification before ordering.
How can I get help?
Use our sac@vesfahub.com or our contact form. Include your order number for an existing purchase or the model name for a product question. Do not send card details, passwords or identity documents.
Is the store open for orders?
The store is being prepared for launch. Product sourcing, photography, delivery services and the remaining business setup must be verified before public orders are accepted.
