Shipping policy

Dispatch from China

VESFAHUB watches are intended to ship directly from suppliers in China. Orders are not automatically placed with a supplier unless an actual fulfillment integration is configured. Processing takes place before dispatch and is separate from transit.

Processing time

Estimated order processing is 2–4 business days before dispatch. Processing and transit are separate stages; add the processing period to the transit estimate below.

Shipping options and prices

  • Standard — FREE (US$0.00 per order): estimated transit of 8–20 business days after dispatch.
  • Express — US$15.00 per order: estimated transit of 6–11 business days after dispatch.

The same Standard and Express shipping fees apply to all countries and regions enabled in our checkout. Standard shipping has no minimum order value. Shipping prices are in US dollars (USD); any currency conversion is shown at checkout. Taxes and import charges are separate as described below.

Transit estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Route availability, customs clearance, local holidays and carrier disruptions may affect delivery. Available options and the final order total are shown at checkout. We do not identify a service as USPS unless that carrier is confirmed for the route. Mandatory remedies for delayed or undelivered goods remain available.

Tracking and delivery support

We provide tracking when it becomes available for your shipment. Separate shipments may have separate tracking references. Use our sac@vesfahub.com or our contact form with your order number if tracking is unclear, an item appears lost, or a delivery arrives damaged. Check your address before ordering and contact us promptly if it needs correcting; changes after dispatch depend on the carrier.

Taxes and import charges

Review the checkout disclosure for your destination before payment. Charges collected at checkout are shown there. If import duties or taxes are not collected at checkout, the destination authorities or carrier may require additional payment. We do not promise that every import charge is prepaid or that imports are free of charges.
