Refund policy

30-day return requests

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Contact VESFAHUB through our sac@vesfahub.com or our contact form, including your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send an item to a dispatch or business address without confirming the return destination.

Change-of-mind returns

For our voluntary return offer, keep the watch unworn and undamaged, with included accessories and original packaging where reasonably available. These conditions do not restrict lawful inspection, statutory withdrawal rights or remedies for faulty goods. You pay direct return postage for a change-of-mind return unless we agree otherwise. No restocking fee applies.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Tell us about the problem promptly. Photographs may help with assessment, but we will not require unreasonable evidence. We provide the repair, replacement, refund or other remedy required by applicable law, including reasonable return costs where required. No separate manufacturer warranty is promised without verified terms.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We will confirm the outcome and refund when required by applicable law; payment providers may need additional time to post it. For statutory withdrawal where applicable, standard outbound delivery charges are refunded as required by law. We may lawfully wait for returned goods or proof of return before refunding.

Your mandatory rights

Our 30-day offer adds to your legal rights. Where EU distance-selling rules apply, you generally have 14 days from delivery to notify withdrawal and a further 14 days to return the goods. The minimum legal guarantee for conformity is generally two years, and national laws may provide longer protection. Statutory refund deadlines apply.

Where Australian Consumer Law applies, goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. A major failure may entitle you to a refund or replacement and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. Other failures may require repair or replacement. Nothing in this policy limits these or other mandatory consumer protections.
