This notice describes how VESFAHUB handles information through its Shopify store. To ask a privacy question or exercise a right, use our sac@vesfahub.com or our contact form. The store is being prepared for launch; legally required merchant identification and postal disclosures must be finalized before orders are accepted.

Information and purposes

Information can include your name, contact and delivery details, order records, support messages, device/browser information and activity on the site. Payment information is handled through the selected payment provider. We use information to operate the store, fulfill orders, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, the legal basis is performance of a contract, legal obligations, consent for optional activities, or legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, subject to your rights.

Service providers and international processing

Shopify hosts the store and processes information to provide its services. Suppliers and carriers receive the order and delivery details necessary for fulfillment. Our planned fulfillment involves suppliers in China, so delivery information may be processed outside your country. Other processors may handle payment, communications and store operations. We limit disclosure to what is needed. Transfer safeguards required by applicable law and destination-specific arrangements must be finalized before launch.

Shopify may also process certain information for its own purposes as explained in its Consumer Privacy Policy. Review that policy for your rights in relation to Shopify.

Cookies and marketing choices

Essential cookies help the store function, including session and cart features. Optional analytics or advertising technologies are subject to the choices and consent requirements applicable to your location. Use any cookie preference controls displayed on the site. We do not assume that visiting the site grants consent to optional tracking. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages using the provided control; service messages relating to orders may still be necessary.

Retention and protection

We retain information only as needed for the purposes above, including legal recordkeeping, disputes and fraud prevention, then delete or anonymize it where appropriate. We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no transmission or storage system is completely risk-free. Do not send payment card details, passwords or identity documents through the contact form.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, receive a copy of or transfer your information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent and complain to a relevant authority. We may need to verify a request and explain lawful exceptions. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. Contact us using the form above.
